About Alex Rowland

Alex Rowland founded Rowland Legal in 2012. His primary practice is eminent domain.

Alex holds a B.A. in English, summa cum laude, and a J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Georgia. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.

• Ask you to pay a fee, tax, or deposit in order to receive a settlement, award, or payment
• Send you an unsolicited check and ask you to return or wire part of it
• Deal in or request gift cards, cryptocurrency, or payment apps
• Threaten you with arrests or penalties in exchange for money or information
• Ask for passwords, bank logins, or PIN codes texted to you

Feeling pressured? STOP, and ask a few friends or colleagues whether it seems like a scam.

Office Directions

Lenox Center is at the northeast corner of Lenox Road NE and Wright Avenue NE. Lenox Center’s address is 3355 Lenox Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30326. Reception for Suite 750 is directly in front of you when you exit the elevator on the 7th floor.

Driving: A driveway to an open-air parking lot is on the right of the building when facing it from Lenox Road. (Previewing the entrance on Google’s Street View can make it easier to find.) Remember to get your parking validated on the 7th floor before departing.

MARTA: One block west of Lenox station; the front entrance is on Lenox Road.
